You can place the order as a new guest or an existing guest. Enter your Name, Email address and mobile number You can also give a name to your order here for future reference. If you wish to place order as a new guest, take the following steps - Choose Delivery option if you want to have your meal delivered to a location In restaurant locator select your delivery location from the drop down; fill in the house number and street in last two fields and other data Do not try to give an address which is not mapped in the locator. In such a case we will not be delivering to your address and your order will be cancelled. The address will be stored in your account and next time when you wish to place the order at the same address, you can just select the address or add new address If you have placed an order before, you should choose to order as an existing guest. You have 2 options to log in Mobile number and password. This password was sent to your mail id . You may also use forgot password option. The password will then be send to your registered mail ID.

In restaurant locator select your delivery location from the drop down; fill in the house number and street in last two fields.

You would now be directed to the Meal selection page where you can choose the meal or sandwiches you wish to order by clicking on it Once you click on any meal or combo, a modal window will open that will allow you to customize your menu item for size, customize You have a choice to add ingredients to the meal which will be charged extra You can remove or replace as per Popeye’s predefined logic only. The price of your section is displayed on the same page. Click on add more meal or proceed to sides to add this item to cart. Once you have selected a meal or sandwich you can then move to the next step of ordering a side through clicking on side order category or other category.

On the side page you can select sides & beverages, desserts and the quantity and then add to the basket.

Currency of Payment:

Our standard currency for order/s made via www.Popeye’s.com.sa website is Saudi Riyals (SAR)

Method of Payment:

Payment methods will be by SADAD, debit card or credit card. Additional Fees may be applied for each of the payment methods at our discretion, for order made using a credit card.

Time Limits for Payment

Charges plus all Taxes, Fees and other charges must be paid in full before an Order is confirmed. If at the time of making the order, such sums have not been paid in full or your credit card is declined we shall have the right to cancel the Order at any time without the least liability and without need to inform you.

Where a refund is payable in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Popeye’s’s Regulations; refund of the charges for your Order, or any unused part of it and any taxes, fees and other charges, as applicable shall be made by us.

Unless we state otherwise, we will only make a refund either to the customer named on the order ticket or to the person who paid for the Order. If you claim a refund, you must prove that you are the Customer named on the order ticket or, if this applies, the person who paid for the order. Refunds will be made direct to Cardholder.

Delays and Cancellations by Popeye’s

We shall always exert our best efforts to make your order complete as per our scheduled delivery; however, we may delay or cancel your order where we reasonably consider this to be justified by circumstances beyond our control or for reasons of safety, security, operational or commercial reasons. We shall not be liable for any losses or consequential damages whatsoever occasioned by such potential delay. We shall only be liable for damage or loss occasioned by delay within the limits prescribed by applicable laws and conventions. We shall not be liable for damage or loss occasioned by delay where we can reasonably prove that we and/or our employees adopted measures that were reasonable to avoid alleged damage or that in that case it was impossible to adopt such measures.
